Personal-use scope
Hermes Gmail for Atlas is operated for Ryan’s personal Gmail organization. It is a desktop integration under development and is not a general-purpose public service.
Permissions and control
The integration uses Gmail read-only permission. It does not send, edit, or delete Gmail messages. Ryan chooses which account access to grant, may revoke that access, and remains responsible for reviewing information before acting on it.
How the integration is provided
The integration may change, be unavailable, or contain errors as it is developed. It is provided for personal organization and review; it is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or safety advice.
Google and hosting services
Google provides Gmail and its APIs under Google’s own terms and policies. Spaceship provides the website hosting used for this information site. Those third-party services may process information as described in their own terms and privacy notices.
Data-use boundary
The privacy notice describes the Gmail access, local storage, retention, revocation, and data-use limits. Any material change to those practices should be reflected in an updated notice before it is activated.

Acceptance
These terms are effective October 7, 2026. Using the integration after publication indicates acceptance of the published version.
